Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

• We currently ship only within the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states). At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses.

• International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery address.

• Final shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

• You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery online.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at support@inaii.com.

• We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and assist you as best as possible.

Pre Order Policy

• Pre-orders placed will begin shipping after 30th October, 2025.

• Please note this date is tentative and subject to change depending on production and logistics.
